Privacy policy
How we collect, use and protect your personal information. Last updated 1 November 2026.
1. Who we are
Green Spring (ABN 96 144 156 523) (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
2. What we collect
We only collect information we need. This may include:
- your name, email address and company, when you book a session or contact us;
- anything you choose to tell us in a booking form, email or call; and
- basic technical information sent by your browser when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. Our hosting provider records this in standard server logs.
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies on this website.
3. How we collect it
We collect information directly from you when you book a session, email us or speak with us. Bookings are made through Google Calendar’s appointment booking page, which collects the details you enter and shares them with us.
4. How we use it
We use your personal information to:
- arrange and run the session you booked;
- respond to your questions and follow up on our conversation;
- prepare a proposal if you ask for one; and
- keep the website secure and working properly.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your consent.
5. Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers we use to run the business, and only as needed:
- Google, for email, calendar and appointment booking;
- Vercel, which hosts this website; and
- Google Fonts, which delivers the typeface used on this site and receives your IP address to do so.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
6. Overseas disclosure
Some of these providers store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers with recognised security practices, but by using our website or booking a session you acknowledge your information may be handled overseas.
7. Keeping it secure
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. The site is served over an encrypted connection. We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or de-identify it.
8. Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.
9. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please email us first and we will try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page is the current one.
