1. About these terms
This website is operated by Green Spring (ABN 96 144 156 523) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms cover use of the website only. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written proposal and agreement, which takes priority over these terms if the two conflict.
2. Information on this website
The content on this website is general information about our services. It is not advice and is not an offer capable of acceptance. We take care to keep it accurate, but we do not promise it is complete or up to date, and we may change it at any time without notice.
Results and figures shown on this site come from our own campaigns. They are not a forecast or a guarantee of results for your business. Outcomes depend on your market, your offer and other factors outside our control.
3. Booking a session
Booking a session through this website does not create an engagement or any obligation on either side. We may decline or reschedule a session at our discretion.
4. Using the website
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaches these terms;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems that host it;
- introduce malicious code or interfere with the operation of the site; or
- copy, scrape or republish content from the site without our written permission.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, we own or license all content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other use needs our prior written consent.
6. Links to other websites
This site may link to websites run by others, such as our booking calendar. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly set out in these terms, and we are not liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the relevant service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
9. Privacy
We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you contact us or book a session, we use your details only to respond to you and arrange the session.
